As a pastor, I cannot express the excitement I feel when I meet a new visitor for the first time. We want everyone to know they are a welcome guest at the Pleasant Hill Church. I have listed below some of the things you will NOT find in the church.
1. You will NOT be requested to stand in the service and introduce yourself. You are our guest and we want you to leave feeling that way.
2. You will NOT be treated in an unfriendly manner. Our people are genuine and you will be treated with the respect you deserve.
3. The service will NOT be boring. While we do not believe in working up the Spirit on our own; however, we are obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit. For more information, please read my blog.
4. You will NOT be told “you are in my seat.” Our people would gladly give up their seat if the need arises.
The Pleasant Hill Church has everything to lose and nothing to gain if a visitor goes away unhappy. Please do not hesitate to tell a pastor, or pastors about your experience before leaving the premises.
